Hope everyone had a good Christmas and has a good upcoming new year. If it has been awhile since you visited you will notice a new site theme and menu layout. The menu has now been placed to the left side of the site. Since the last news post I have added over 100 more maps to the server bringing the total up to over 300. Once again if you want to see a list of available maps check out the "server maps" link on the left or click here.

There is also a new link on the site marked Tutorials. Click on it to see tutorials to help gameplay.

With winter upon us I have decided to round up a group of winter themed maps to place in rotation. Above is just a few screen shots of the maps that I have found. Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday.

If you ever look to the right you may have noticed the server list. As you can see I have recently shut down my HLRally server as I have not played it in quite sometime and have lost interest. I did however put up a miniAG server in place of it. It is as close to AG mod as possible without have to download and install the mod itself. Simply join in the server and play. The mod is done server side so nothing to install!

Well the Halloween season is coming upon us and being the stores already have products on the shelves I have decided to go ahead and fire up a new map rotation with some scary/dark themed maps in with some of the regular ones. The maps are on the fast download server so you do not have to download the maps themselves, but if you wish to I have created a map pack containing all 8 maps.

Been awhile since I have posted news so have a few things to update. First off you may have noticed a CS:S server listed on the right. No, I have not started playing but Candys son plays and has his own server (for now) so I thought I would put it on my site for anyone who likes to play CS:S.

Next, you may have noticed a few new maps in the rotation for both the Half-Life server and the rally server. Some of the newest in the rotation for Half-Life is Blastercore2, Viper_EUV, and map_for_angel_1. One map that has been added and has been popular is Sunden. This map can be a change of pace for the "twitch" gamer as it is a wide open map with a lot of trees. You will spawn with a crossbow and usually near an RPG and jump assist. This makes for a map that can play like a chess match. If you run around the map at full speed you are more likely to be noticed and killed.

Five new maps in the HLRally rotation most of which are "snow" maps. I did not run these for a long time because I am not fond of the loss of traction but with some recent server modifications that allow for more grip I have decided to add these into the cycle.

Although I uploaded these awhile back I am just now getting to posting this. If you find the default crosshairs hard to see or want to change your already custom ones, then head to the download section and choose from up to 20 different crosshairs. Here are just a few that are available....

I know not much of you play HLRally, but if you have been procrastinating because you do not like installing mods or are afraid to, fear not! Our download section now has a copy of the most current (still Beta) version of HLRally that now includes 55 maps. If that news was not good enough, it comes in an executable installer format which will locate your installation of Half-Life and put all the files in the correct place
